- Be a key operational support, rather than a pure sales role, focusing on service excellence and account maintenance.
Who This Role Is For

- Candidates who are professional, urgent, and accountable in their approach to client and patient service.
- Professionals comfortable with significant travel and physical activity, including lifting equipment.

- Maintain relationships with physicians, office managers, clinical staff, and referral coordinators.
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure account satisfaction and identify incremental revenue opportunities.
- Support in-service training and product education sessions within accounts.
- Assist with patient deliveries and equipment pickups as needed within the territory.
- Assist patients with insurance paperwork and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Triage and escalate patient or physician concerns to appropriate leadership.
- Maintain accurate territory updates and participate in strategy discussions.
What We're Looking For

- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to travel significantly within a territory.
- Capability to lift and move medical equipment.
- Prior experience in sales support or customer service is preferred.
